the Delaware Drum Show
Feb. 27, 2022 10-4
The Delaware Drum Show was run by Joe Gilday and his wife through the 90’s and into the century’s turn. They decided to retire from their home state of NJ and enjoy the Florida sun of which 3 months later, Joe unfortunately passed away from ALS. Our t-shirt logo will always be a dedication to his legacy.
After a 3 year hiatus Joey Boom Mekler,Producer/Organizer & Mike Juliano, Sponsor decided to carry on the tradition, sponsor & run the first, of many, [new] shows in 2017.
The 2017 show was held FOE Lodge in Wilmington with 17 vendors, 4 meet & greet artists & no clinicians. . . . It was a huge success as the room was jam packed and then tapered off to really crowded. There was no parking left within the first hour. There were quality vintage/new & custom vendors from all over the east coast & a sizable consignment area that was spilling onto the floor around the small stage where deals were made bought/sold & traded. The overall show also had a wonderful “hang” vibe about it as well
This year’s 4th annual show is ROCKIN the same BIGGER facility with plenty of parking, serious clinicians offering historical aspects of drums, drumming and live performance and recording demonstrations. An artist meet & greet area plus door prizes and a 50 ticket only drum set raffle!! MORE quality vendors from Maine to Virgina of new, custom & used vintage items. A HUGE Consignment area [visit consignment page for details] for additional cash & carry opportunities.
ALL FOR THE $10 Admission!!
